  • Automated over 80% of internal systems, reorganized volunteer retention and work culture, expanding the office from 12 volunteers with limited participation rates to 800 dedicated volunteers with 30,000 participants globally.

  • Established and fostered relationships with the 7 NI regional offices, allied foundations, City of New York, numerous universities, UN agencies, coalitions, allied organizations, and UN members to further the organization's mission.
